Day 3...

We got everyone up, dressed, fed, 6 lunches made, 256 teeth brushed, millions of hairs brushed, and 16 shoes on and ready to go! And, amazingly enough, we were 10 minutes early...I know, I know, just call me "Michelle-Duggar-in-training."

After school today, Samuel went home with a friend to spend the night for his friend's birthday. So, we are down to 5. It is extremely interesting to note how much quieter the house is when just one is gone...especially THIS one. :)

Aunt Bonny GRACIOUSLY shared some of the Smokin' Chief Barbecue pulled pork. So, we all had pulled pork sandwiches for supper with beans, chips, and, of course, OREOs! To make Tab feel better, please know that I AM feeding them some fruits...between the Oreos...but, still, it's fruit!

Jacob headed to batting practice. Norm, and I, and 4 little girls headed off to a friend's wedding for the evening. The wedding was beautiful and very well attended! So, instead of manuvering the crowd with 4 children, we opted to leave after a little while at the reception and head to Kreme Delite for ice cream! Yum, yum!

We then came home and were able to talk to Barry and Tab via Skype. I love technology. They are all doing well. We then watched "Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs"...well, most of us did. Norm opted to go to bed and Jacob only half-heartedly watched because, as he stated, "is creeped out by the shoes." If you haven't seen this movie, you wouldn't understand...but I highly recommend the movie! It is very funny...and the guy has "sprayed-on shoes" that he sprayed-on as a child and wears the rest of his life...

So, one more day down...with no trips to the ER, no bleeding, no fires, and no crying...so far, so good!
